Top-notch and clean place with a pleasant reception. My room was airy, brand-new and I met efficient staff, we had pleasant communication. Generous breakfast combined with very good service. There were free internet and private parking available.

The staff is decent, the breakfast perfect, the ocation is fab close enough to city centre as well as Leeds Dock. The units are contemporary, well laid out.

It was reasonably priced. Knowledgeable staff, hot breakfast, reliable wi-fi. Breathtaking view, a big balcony, comfy bed, too. Admirable services too! The location was prime in my case, even so the area was quite loud. The hotel was atmospheric and the seaside restaurant was particularly good.

The quality, good value. The food was cheap and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu. Soft bed, practical room and updated, I greatly enjoyed it. Private parking was outside, NICE service. Fairly clean and straightforward hotel in Cultural district.

with the help of the attentive staff, we had a fine stay. ideal location, charming hotel. we liked the fact that the full english breakfast was included. it was located 20 minutes walk from the downtown.
